Security Officer Auto Auction Operations (Outdoor Post)

• Control and monitor vehicle access at designated entry and exit points
• Verify vehicle identification lot numbers auction credentials and release documentation
• Check vehicles in and out quickly and accurately in a highvolume environment
• Observe for suspicious activity safety hazards or policy violations
• Enforce site rules safety procedures and access control requirements
• Communicate effectively with drivers auction personnel and management
• Report incidents accidents or irregularities in a clear and timely manner
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining authority and safety standards

• Primarily outdoors in all weather conditions (heat cold rain wind)
• Hightraffic highnoise vehicle environment
• Fastpaced operation requiring constant attention and movement
• Shift work may include early mornings long standing periods and extended hours on auction days

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state security officer license
• Ability to remain alert and focused in a fastpaced highvolume setting
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to follow procedures precisely while working efficiently
• Basic report writing and documentation skills

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors for the majority of the shift
• Ability to move quickly and safely around vehicles and heavy equipment

• Prior security traffic control or gate access experience
• Experience working in auto auctions vehicle yards or logistics facilities
• Familiarity with access control or vehicle tracking systems

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Demonstrate strong situational awareness and judgment
• Treat all individuals with respect while enforcing site policies consistently
• Work effectively as part of a team in a highenergy environment

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid drivers license is required for positions involving vehicle patrol or movement
