We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team that is building revolutionary enterprise applications that leverage Amazons extensive operational expertise to help millions of companies worldwide manage their day-to-day supply chain operations. Our mission is to accelerate our customers businesses through intuitive differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring supply chain challenges. We blend strategic vision with curiosity and Amazons real-world experience to build opinionated turnkey solutions that make the buy versus build decision a no-brainer for our customers. As a key member of our team you will develop GenAI/Agentic AI solutions that help millions of companies worldwide optimize their supply chain operations. Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will define own and drive technical programs that span multiple engineering/science teams and organizational boundaries. You will partner with product management and technical leadership to identify company-wide opportunities for demand planning needs improving product identify new areas of investment and work to align other groups engineering roadmaps to deliver on these opportunities and optimize delivery outcomes. As a technical leader you will influence strategy and outcomes across different Amazon organizations.
This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to communicate influence and earn the trust of software engineers technical and business leadership.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
