Job Summary
Schedule:
This position follows a 2â2â3 schedule meaning employees work two or three consecutive days followed by two or three consecutive days off. Schedules alternate weekly resulting in 3 to 4 shifts per week.
Employees will be assigned to either straight day shifts or straight night shifts (no rotation).
Limited positions are available for each shift.
Shift Times:
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM 6:30 AM
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Postâsecondary degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred
(e.g. Electromechanical Industrial Maintenance Machining). - Two years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred;
five years of experience accepted in lieu of a postâsecondary degree. - Working knowledge of belt and chain drives gearboxes line shafts pumps and bearings.
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with shop equipment including drill press band saw hydraulic press and hand tools.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices including the ability to properly use required PPE.
What Youll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues (up to 480V)
- Complete repairs facility upkeep and production support
- Work with welding fabrication machining and basic electrical
- Follow safety standards and use required PPE Collaborate with production engineering and maintenance teams

What Were Looking For
- Experience in industrial electrical mechanical machining or welding
- Ability to read blueprints/schematics
- Strong problemâsolving and decisionâmaking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat or outdoor conditions
