As a Home Health OT youre not rushing through sessions or juggling multiple patients at once. Youre working directly with individuals in their own environment helping them safely return to their daily routines and independence.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Evaluate patients and build personalized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs safety and functional independence
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications
• Guide patients and families through care techniques
• Work alongside physicians and care teams
• Keep documentation clean and timely within EMR systems

What You Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland (or eligible)
• At least 2year of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized on the road
