Automotive Detail Department Manager (Overnight Shift)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Automotive Detail Department Manager to lead our detailing team during the night shift. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations ensure high-quality service and maintain efficient workflow in a fast-paced automotive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the automotive detailing department from 6 PM to 2 AM ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the shift
- Coordinate with daytime managers to discuss work overflow and ensure seamless transition and continuity of service
- Monitor and oversee rapid recon processes for existing work to maintain quality and timeliness
- Assign and supervise floor cleaning duties ensuring the work area remains clean organized and compliant with safety standard
- Oversee the entire departments daily activities including staff management workflow scheduling and quality control
- Address any operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper use of detailing supplies and equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and company policies to promote a safe working environment

- Proven experience in automotive detailing or a related automotive service environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple departments
- Knowledge of automotive cleaning products tools and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to work overnight hours from 6 PM to 2 AM
