Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator Location: Eden TX Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Days (Typically 5x8)
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Coordinator to provide high-quality clinical mental health services within a structured facility environment. This role focuses on delivering non-medical mental health care including assessments counseling and crisis intervention.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise the ability to develop effective treatment plans and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
Develop implement and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
Provide counseling therapy and crisis intervention services
Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation of all treatment and evaluation activities
Ensure strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques in treatment planning
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a related clinical field
Active state licensure (LPC LCSW or LMFT)
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience including at least two (2) years in a similar role
Preferred Skills
Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a structured and team-oriented environment
High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail
