Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Coordinator to provide high-quality clinical mental health services within a structured facility environment. This role focuses on delivering non-medical mental health care including assessments counseling and crisis intervention.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise the ability to develop effective treatment plans and a commitment to supporting individuals with diverse mental health needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and record reviews
- Develop implement and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional levels
- Provide counseling therapy and crisis intervention services
- Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation of all treatment and evaluation activities
- Ensure strict confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
- Apply evidence-based psychological counseling techniques in treatment planning
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a related clinical field
- Active state licensure (LPC LCSW or LMFT)
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience including at least two (2) years in a similar role
Preferred Skills
- Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a structured and team-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail
