Heres What You Need

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (Required)
• BSN (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program (Required)
• Operating Room experience in CVOR or Operating Room Specialty (Preferred)
• RN license upon hire (Required)
• BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required upon hire)
• ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred upon hire)

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements

• HS Diploma or Equivalent and:
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program OR
  • Employed as a Surgical Technologist prior to September 1 2009 OR
  • Graduate/completion of a military Surgical Technology program
• CST Specialist - Minimum 2 years recent surgical service experience preferably robotics cardiovascular/hearts orthopedics neurology (Required)
• CST - 1 year of CST Operating room experience
• CST Certification (NBSTSA) or TSC (NCCT) (Required)
• BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• LVN license accepted in alignment with Surgical Technology qualifications

What You Will Do

RN Operating Room

• Deliver patientcentered care utilizing the Nursing Process
• Perform OR circulator duties and assessments
• Plan intervene and evaluate patient care throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia and surgical staff to ensure safe outcomes

CST Operating Room

• Assist the RN circulator in formulating and implementing the plan of care
• Prepare organize and maintain the sterile field
• Assist with perioperative care for infant pediatric adult and geriatric patients
• Ensure proper instrumentation and supplies are available for procedures
