Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities Douglas Services LLC (DSLLC) is looking for compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals in their family homes and communities!

What Youll Do:

Empower & Support Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) to promote independence and well-being

Teach & Engage Help develop new skills through personalized learning experiences based on their Individualized Service Plan (ISP)

Build Connections Provide opportunities for socialization and community involvement

Follow Personalized Care Plans Ensure quality and individualized attention to meet each participants unique needs

What You Bring to the Team:

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus!

Certifications: CPR First Aid and Medication Administration (or willingness to obtain)

Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Reliable Transportation: A valid drivers license auto insurance and a dependable vehicle

Schedule & Availability:

Part-Time: 19 hours/week (Monday Friday) Shift: 3:30 PM 7:00 PM (Must be available to pick up the individual at 3:30 PM)
