Location: City of Industry CA
Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts
Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Night Shift (NOC): 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Start pay: $30/hr
About the Opportunity
Welltech Partners is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clients skilled nursing facility in the City of Industry CA. This is a great opportunity for LVNs who are looking for stable hours a supportive clinical environment and hands-on patient care experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and document patient conditions and changes
- Collaborate with RNs CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Support patient comfort safety and overall well-being
Qualifications
- Active California LVN license (Required)
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Location Requirement
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or reside near City of Industry CA
