We are hiring on behalf of a client for a lead-level ServiceNow Technical Consultant with specialist CMDB expertise to conduct a full investigation of the clients ServiceNow instance and deliver a structured assessment and recovery roadmap.
This is a focused analytical engagement not an implementation role. The candidate must be capable of working independently diagnosing complex CMDB environments and producing clear actionable documentation for the client.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate the clients ServiceNow instance to identify CMDB issues and root causes
Conduct a thorough assessment of the current CMDB state
Develop a clear and structured remediation and recovery roadmap
Present findings and recommendations to the client stakeholders
Produce formal assessment documentation to support the recovery process
Requirements
Expert-level CMDB experience on the ServiceNow platform
Proven ability to independently investigate and diagnose complex CMDB environments
Strong experience producing formal assessments and recovery roadmaps
Lead or principal level seniority junior profiles will not be considered
Work authorization required for this engagement
Active ServiceNow certification preferred
