A well-established fish breeding company located in Mililani is seeking a Full-Time versatile Farm Handyman.
The successful candidate is reliable hands-on person who enjoys fixing things and supporting daily operations.
If you love fish and the outdoors staying active rather than sitting all day this is your job.
**Prior technical experience is required**
Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on outdoor role working with both fish and farm systems.
- Maintain and clean fishponds
- Repair pond liners and fix leaks
- Perform basic plumbing and water system maintenance
- Handle simple carpentry and farm repairs
- Troubleshoot and fix day-to-day issues on the farm Handle and care for live fish
- Assist with packing and shipping fish across the U.S.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous professional experience in maintenance and repairs
- Proficiency in basic plumbing (leaks faucets) electrical (fixtures fans) and carpentry
- Knowledge of and access to common power tools and handheld tools
- Team-oriented person
- Valid drivers license
- Able to lift 30 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in wet conditions
- Able to work 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (MonFri)
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Basic English communication is sufficient
- Speaking Japanese is not required but is a big plus
Work Hours: Mon-Fri between 6am to 2:30pm (Fixed Schedule)
