We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional OTR position running throughout the Eastern United States primarily along the eastern seaboard.

Drivers will operate on regional routes that stay east of the Mississippi River minimizing cross-country uncertainty while still maintaining strong mileage.
Pay & Compensation
Average Earnings
$1200 $1400 per week
Based on 2500 miles per week
Mileage Pay (All Miles Paid)
Starting Pay: $0.55 CPM
Pay Increases: 1 CPM for every 12 months of experience
Top Pay: Up to $0.65 CPM
Long-term drivers benefit from one of the stronger progressive pay scales in regional OTR.
Training / Team Pay (If Applicable)
Seat 2 / trainee pay starts around $0.29$0.30 CPM
Increases gradually with experience
Additional Pay
Performance Bonus: Available (Driver Performance Bonus Plan)
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Home Time & Schedule
Home Time: Every 2 weeks (with weekend time included)
Shift Options: Day & Night shifts available
Weekend Work: Required
Holiday Work: As needed
