We are hiring CDL-A drivers for local and regional positions based out of Aurora CO. This is a dedicated account offering consistent freight strong weekly pay and flexible home time options.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1450 $1581
- Average Annual Pay: $73372 $82212
- Pay Rate: $0.70 $0.80 CPM (based on experience)
- Stop Pay: $17 per stop
- Detention Pay: $24/hour after 2 hours (up to $150)
- Safety Bonus: Up to 3%
- Winter Mountain Bonus: $1000 (NovMar regional drivers only up to $5000 total)
Home Time Options
- Local (within 50 miles): Home daily
- Occasional overnight runs during peak periods
- Regional (within 60 miles): Home weekly
- 34-hour reset with possible stop-through during the week
Job Details
- Refrigerated freight
- No-touch freight
- Mix of live unload and drop-and-hook
- 24/7 operation
- Average 1700 miles per week
- Routes include Colorado Southern Wyoming and Eastern Utah
Equipment
- Mostly 2025 trucks
- Automatic transmissions
- Auto chains for mountain driving
Hiring Area
- Local: Within 50 miles of Aurora CO
- Regional: Within 60 miles of Aurora CO or 65 miles of Rifle CO
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 3 months of experience
