This full-time day shift opportunity is based in an outpatient neuro setting and includes a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of neurological conditions working closely within a multidisciplinary team to support functional independence and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient neuro setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Provide patient and family education to support recovery and independence
Qualifications:
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors Masters or DPT)
Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Experience in neuro-rehabilitation preferred
