We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and enforce safety programs across large-scale construction projects specifically data center environments. This role requires a strong field background the ability to collaborate with multiple levels of site leadership and a proactive approach to maintaining a culture of safety excellence.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of total experience in safety and/or construction
Up to 4 years may be credited from a safety or construction-related degree
Minimum 6 years of hands-on field experience required
Experience in data center or Intel project environments (new construction to occupancy preferred)
Strong experience working with General Contractors or large construction firms
Proven ability to manage relationships with large project owners
Ability to work closely with General Superintendents Project Superintendents Area Superintendents and Field Superintendents
Strong knowledge of OSHA EPA and local safety regulations
Core Responsibilities
Site Safety Enforcement: Conduct regular site audits and walkthroughs to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA standards
Program Development: Develop and maintain site-specific safety policies procedures and risk mitigation plans
Training & Education: Lead safety orientations toolbox talks and ongoing training programs
Subcontractor Oversight: Review and enforce subcontractor safety plans and compliance
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate safety records reports and compliance documentation
Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills

Weekly pay structure
$700/month car allowance
