About the Role

As Maintenance Manager you will lead all maintenance activities within a corrugated manufacturing facility ensuring equipment reliability operational efficiency and workplace safety. This role is responsible for developing and managing preventative maintenance programs overseeing work order systems and leading a high-performing maintenance team in a demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program
• Oversee and manage maintenance work orders and scheduling
• Lead coach and develop the maintenance team setting clear expectations and accountability
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of production equipment including corrugators converting equipment and supporting systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and operational issues
• Partner with production leadership to prioritize maintenance activities
• Establish and track KPIs such as downtime preventative maintenance completion rates and work order closure
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment specifically within the corrugated industry
• Hands-on experience with corrugators and converting equipment
• Experience implementing and managing preventative maintenance systems
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-demand manufacturing environment
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) preferred
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
