Starting Pay: $36.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking a hands-on highly organized and mission-driven Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our outpatient primary care clinic as well as our expanding infusion and wellness services. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about improving care delivery in a rural community setting.
What Youll Do
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and optimize patient flow
Supervise clinical and administrative staff including MAs/LPNs front desk and scheduling teams
Manage staff scheduling onboarding training and performance evaluations
Support providers by improving workflows and ensuring adequate resources
Monitor and improve key metrics such as productivity patient access and quality outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DOH CMS OSHA HIPAA)
Collaborate with billing teams to improve charge capture and reduce claim denials
Lead initiatives to enhance the patient experience
Support the development and implementation of new service lines including infusion and wellness programs
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or a related field
3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations and patient flow
Working knowledge of medical billing coding and payer requirements
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
