Practice Manager Outpatient Clinic

Full-Time Exempt

Starting Pay: $36.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a hands-on highly organized and mission-driven Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our outpatient primary care clinic as well as our expanding infusion and wellness services. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a patient-centered environment and is passionate about improving care delivery in a rural community setting.

What Youll Do

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and optimize patient flow
• Supervise clinical and administrative staff including MAs/LPNs front desk and scheduling teams
• Manage staff scheduling onboarding training and performance evaluations
• Support providers by improving workflows and ensuring adequate resources
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as productivity patient access and quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DOH CMS OSHA HIPAA)
• Collaborate with billing teams to improve charge capture and reduce claim denials
• Lead initiatives to enhance the patient experience
• Support the development and implementation of new service lines including infusion and wellness programs

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Nursing or a related field
• 3 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinic operations and patient flow
• Working knowledge of medical billing coding and payer requirements
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
