Job Summary
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Salary: $150000
This is a unique opportunity for a nursing executive with inpatient rehabilitation experience to step into a key leadership role within a specialized rehab hospital environment. This position requires a leader who understands the nuances of rehab care delivery and can drive both clinical excellence and operational performance.
What Youll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services
- Oversee patient care delivery staffing and clinical outcomes within an inpatient rehab setting
- Lead and develop nursing teams while fostering a strong collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Partner with executive leadership to drive performance quality and patient satisfaction
What You Bring
- RN required
- Minimum 1 year inpatient rehabilitation experience required (2 years strongly preferred)
- Prior nursing leadership experience (Director level or above preferred)
- Strong operational and clinical leadership skills
- Ability to lead in a specialized outcomes-driven rehab environment
