Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
Salary: $145000 Quarterly Bonus Potential
This is a strong leadership opportunity for a seasoned nursing executive ready to lead clinical operations within a 40-bed hospital setting. Youll have full oversight of Nursing and Respiratory Therapy driving quality care operational performance and team development.
What Youll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services
- Oversee staffing patient care delivery and clinical outcomes
- Lead and develop a team of 9 direct reports including Nurse Manager Supervisors Educator and Infection Prevention
- Ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
What You Bring
- RN required; BSN and Masters degree required (MSN if no BSN)
- CRRN required upon hire
- 5 years hospital experience with 2 years in nursing leadership (Director level or above preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day operations
Additional Details
- MondayFriday schedule with weekend/night on-call
- Current ADC 35
