What Youll Do
Provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services
Oversee staffing patient care delivery and clinical outcomes
Lead and develop a team of 9 direct reports including Nurse Manager Supervisors Educator and Infection Prevention
Ensure regulatory compliance and drive performance improvement initiatives
Partner with leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
What You Bring
RN required; BSN and Masters degree required (MSN if no BSN)
CRRN required upon hire
5 years hospital experience with 2 years in nursing leadership (Director level or above preferred)
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day operations

MondayFriday schedule with weekend/night on-call
Current ADC 35
