AlediumHR is partnering with a large complex healthcare organization seeking a seasoned Director of Benefits to take full ownership of their benefits strategy and operations.

What Youll Do
Lead the design implementation and administration of all employee benefit programs
Ensure full compliance with ERISA IRS and healthcare regulationsno gaps
Manage relationships with brokers consultants actuaries and vendors
Partner with senior HR leadership to align benefits with Total Rewards strategy
Improve systems processes and reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy
Serve as the escalation point for complex benefits issues
Build and track metrics to evaluate program performance and ROI
Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals
What You Bring
10 years of experience managing benefits operations in healthcare or a large multi-entity organization
Strong background in health & welfare plans retirement programs (401(k) 403(b) pension) and voluntary benefits
Proven experience with plan design implementation and compliance
Working knowledge of COBRA HIPAA FMLA ERISA and healthcare reform laws
Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
Clear confident communication skills
Preferred Experience
CBP CEBS or similar certification
Advanced degree in HR Business or related field
Experience with wellness program development
