AlediumHR is partnering with a large complex healthcare organization seeking a seasoned Director of Benefits to take full ownership of their benefits strategy and operations.

What Youll Do
- Lead the design implementation and administration of all employee benefit programs
- Ensure full compliance with ERISA IRS and healthcare regulationsno gaps
- Manage relationships with brokers consultants actuaries and vendors
- Partner with senior HR leadership to align benefits with Total Rewards strategy
- Improve systems processes and reporting to drive efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as the escalation point for complex benefits issues
- Build and track metrics to evaluate program performance and ROI
- Lead and develop a team of benefits professionals
What You Bring
- 10 years of experience managing benefits operations in healthcare or a large multi-entity organization
- Strong background in health & welfare plans retirement programs (401(k) 403(b) pension) and voluntary benefits
- Proven experience with plan design implementation and compliance
- Working knowledge of COBRA HIPAA FMLA ERISA and healthcare reform laws
- Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Clear confident communication skills
Preferred Experience
- CBP CEBS or similar certification
- Advanced degree in HR Business or related field
- Experience with wellness program development
