Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a world-class manufacturing operation to identify a Maintenance Planner who can drive efficiency structure and execution across maintenance operations.

This role sits at the center of plant performanceensuring that work is planned parts are ready and maintenance teams execute efficiently.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Planning and scheduling maintenance PM and predictive work orders
• Using CMMS systems (Oracle eAM) to optimize workflows
• Coordinating materials tools and labor ahead of execution
• Driving Lean improvements in maintenance processes
• Supporting outage planning and weekend scheduling
• Acting as liaison between production maintenance and engineering

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 35 years of planning/scheduling experience
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (Oracle eAM preferred)
• Mechanical or electrical background
• Blueprint reading and technical understanding
