Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a global leader in advanced manufacturing to identify a Metallurgical Engineering Superintendenta high-impact leadership role responsible for metallurgical excellence product integrity and customer outcomes.

This is a plant-wide leadership position where your expertise directly influences quality innovation and customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading metallurgical practices and product availability strategy
• Driving new product development and technical qualification efforts
• Managing and developing a team of engineers and technicians
• Overseeing non-conformance resolution and customer claims
• Partnering with production sales and customers
• Driving quality systems and metallurgical capability improvements

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• Degree in Metallurgy Materials Science or Materials Engineering
• 5 years in manufacturing quality/metallurgy
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Strong customer-facing and technical communication skills

Bonus:

• Aluminum or metals manufacturing experience
• ISO / IATF quality systems experience
• Strong data analysis (Minitab etc.)
