Job Summary
Run a structured regional schedule with consistent freight and reliable weekly home time. This position focuses on short-to-mid haul routes across the Midwest allowing drivers to stay productive during the week while getting home every weekend.
Position overview
- Average weekly earnings between $1200 and $1500

Compensation
- Starting pay at $0.56 CPM with progression up to $0.59 CPM after 6 months
- Additional load-based pay
- $40 for loads under 150 miles
- $25 for loads between 150250 miles
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Detention pay provided when applicable
- Earnings reflect actual driver output and miles
Work schedule
- Depart Monday and return home by Saturday
- Consistent weekly reset at home
