Job Title: Offsite Warehouse Supervisor

Reports To: Logistics Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance in accordance to company policy food safety standards government regulations and industry best practices. This position is responsible for supervising a team of employees that is responsible for packing party packs and addition this position is responsible for transferring goods between warehouses and the brewery and helps to keep the warehouses orderly and efficient.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner

Assist with daily inventory monitoring of each item that is received or transferred according to SOP guidelines

Receives empty can cardboard and empty bottle deliveries

Transfers empty cans cardboard bottles Point of Sale and finished goods between warehouses and brewery

Month end and year end inventory counts of the items listed above

Hands on training of forklift packing and duties assigned

Helps pack party packs and suitcases

Maintains cleanliness of work area around warehouse and dry good storage area (cleans up any product and/or container spills; disposes of trash)

Hours may vary if emergencies arise (typical work week 45 hours)

Professional presence is required

Position requires standing walking or sitting for extended periods of time bending stooping twisting and lifting products and materials weighing up to 40 pounds

Routine pushing pulling reaching upper body and arm rotation arm extension and possible work from heights

Exposure to various temperature changes

Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (ear plugs gloves boots etc.)

Supervision of Others

This position supervises a team of employees that is responsible for packing party packs and suitcases.

Education/Qualifications

High School or GED

Transportation and knowledge of DOT regulations preferred

Knowledge of safe work operations safety policies and procedures

Attention to details ability to recognize when there is a problem

Willingness to continue education and training in management programs

Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities/projects concurrently

Excellent organization analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong ability to work in cross-functional teams

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Love appreciation and knowledge of beer including a familiarity with the craft brewing industry and with beer styles
