A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE

When you begin your day at the dealership you will log into our customer database which will notify you of customers that need to be contacted that day. These could be customers whove spoken to before or previous customers of the dealership. Your goal is to have the customer visit you at the dealership to test drive a vehicle. There will be plenty of opportunities to work with fresh customers too as we spend a great deal of money every month advertising to attract potential customers. Upon hiring you will attend a 10-step training course run by our General Manager. During this three-day class you will learn everything you need to know about selling a car truck or SUV to a potential customer. You will also receive product knowledge training direct from the Manufacturer that will enable you to have a knowledgeable conversation about the vehicle the customer is interested in. We invest in you and your future so that both you and the dealership will be successful.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

• Steady work history

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships

• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

• Excellent verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills

• Professional Appearance
