We are seeking a Senior IBM Sterling OMS Developer to join the Order Management engineering organization. Designing developing and enhancing solutions on the IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS) platform supporting end-to-end commerce capabilities such as order capture sourcing fulfillment inventory visibility payments returns and customer care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design develop and enhance solutions on IBM Sterling OMS
• Configure and extend OMS core modules and workflows
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and event-driven architecture
• Customize Sterling Order Hub and Next Gen Call Center
• Ensure high-quality scalable and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews debugging and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Required Experience

• 7 years of hands-on IBM Sterling OMS development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Participant Modeling
• Process Modeling (Sales Returns Exchanges Drop Ship Transfer Orders)
• Sourcing Inventory Management Payment Processing
• Agents event-driven automation background jobs
• Catalog Pricing/Repricing and tax recalculations
• Strong Java development skills (modern versions OOP design patterns)
• Experience with REST APIs JSON and integrations
• Solid SQL and data troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with containerized OMS environments
• Strong focus on code quality and unit testing (JUnit/Mockito or similar)
