Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to support sterile processing operations by ensuring the highest standards of instrument cleanliness assembly accuracy and quality assurance. This role combines hands-on technical responsibilities with inspection and documentation duties to promote patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect surgical instruments and trays to ensure cleanliness functionality and proper assembly
• Perform quality checks in sterile processing workflows to maintain compliance with established standards
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality assurance records
• Ensure adherence to infection control safety and regulatory guidelines
• Identify and report discrepancies defects or process issues
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department
• Collaborate with sterile processing and clinical teams to ensure readiness of instruments
• Maintain a clean organized and compliant work environment

Required Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in sterile processing quality control or related healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of sterile processing workflows and infection control practices preferred
• Ability to follow strict protocols and documentation standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
