Automotive Service Advisor

In this role you will guide customers through the service and repair process working closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely accurate and high-quality vehicle care. This is an opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic automotive environment.

Full-time position Commission-based pay plan (uncapped earning potential)

What Youll Do
Schedule confirm and prepare for customer appointments to ensure an efficient service experience
Determine vehicle needs based on customer feedback vehicle inspection and current mileage
Produce repair orders including cost and time estimates with full transparency
Communicate regularly with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and service progress
Deliver a high level of customer service from arrival through completion of services

What Were Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills both in person and over the phone
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
General computer proficiency required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Schedule & Work Environment
Our Service Department is open MondayFriday 7AM6PM and Saturday 7AM5PM. We ask that all applicants have the availability to work any of the days and times listed above.
Onsite role in Scottsdale Arizona
Dealership environment requiring both indoor and outdoor work in the service drive
