Customer Service Representative - Order Entry / Contract Review

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support contract review and order entry operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately efficiently and in alignment with both company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Review all incoming sales orders for accuracy completeness and compliance with customer and company requirements
* Enter and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
* Confirm receipt of orders received via email and follow up as needed
* Communicate with customers regarding discrepancies updates or required changes
* Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams to ensure order accuracy
* Maintain and update customer records including ship-to addresses and contact information
* Document and track customer concerns or complaints appropriately
* Participate in inbound call queue to support customer inquiries
* Support additional administrative and operational projects as assigned
* Uphold company quality standards policies and core values

Qualifications

* Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with strong accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across teams and with customers
* Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Background

* Previous experience in order entry data entry or customer service
* Exposure to industrial manufacturing or sales support environments is a plus
* Demonstrated job stability and thoughtful career progression

Education

* Post-secondary education or relevant experience preferred
