We are seeking a driven career-focused Associate Sales Representative to support medical device and durable medical equipment (DME) sales within a defined healthcare territory. This is a hybrid sales and service role designed as a clear pathway into a Territory Sales Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Territory Development
Prospect and identify new referral sources within hospitals urgent cares orthopedic groups and physician offices.
Build and manage a target account list.
Conduct introductory sales calls and support advancement through the sales cycle.
Develop and maintain new referral relationships.
Support territory revenue growth initiatives.
Clinical & Customer Support
Deliver orthopedic bracing and DME products to hospitals clinics and patient homes.
Educate patients and medical staff on proper equipment use.
Build strong relationships with nursing staff surgical teams and materials management.
Troubleshoot product or delivery concerns.
Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate billing and compliance documentation.
Obtain required patient and provider signatures.
Assist with inventory management and product tracking.
Qualifications
2 years of customer service healthcare or sales experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in hospital and clinical environments.
Self-motivated with a desire to grow into medical sales.
Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Medical device DME or healthcare sales experience preferred.

$50000 Base Salary
