Job Summary
JoinTrotwood Health & Rehab LLC as a PT STNA-NIGHTS and play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents during the night shift in Dayton OH. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality respectful care to residents during the night shift
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and feeding
- Monitor and document residents conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Ensure resident safety and comfort throughout the night
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms and common areas
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to support resident care plans
Requirements
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient-centered attitude
- Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
