Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing treatment plans and delivering therapy focused on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring function.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Float to other clinics as needed

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state license (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
