Location: West Point NE
Shifts: Variable (Days/Nights)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in both Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) settings. This role involves patient assessment medication administration and collaboration with healthcare providers in a critical access hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess monitor and document patient conditions in ER and Med Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during procedures and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Respond effectively to critical and emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Active Nebraska RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
- Previous ER and/or Med Surg experience required
- Strong clinical communication and critical-thinking skills
