Key Responsibilities:
- Process and deposit checks using our electronic banking system
- Enter and stock vehicle information into internal systems
- Accurately scan and organize important documents
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Receive and process customer payments
- Assist with filing and additional administrative tasks during downtime
Qualifications:
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely outgoing with a customer-first mindset
- Previous customer service experience is helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required
