South Jordan Middle School has an Tech and Engineering position open for the 26-27 school year. Our school has high achieving students and a strong supportive community. You wouldteach CCA Exploring Technology and Engineering Technology. You wouldhave a very large classroom with a computer lab and an open workspace as well as a laser engraver 3D printer 7 lathes lego robots a poster printer and a woodshop. You would also work with very supportive colleagues

Required: Utah Educator License with Endorsements

Tech Engineering / CCA

Possibility of teaching woodshop/manufacturing if the candidate is interested.

Licensure Requirements

All applicants must have a Professional Educator License awarded by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) or apply for an Associate Educator License (AEL) to be eligible to apply to Jordan School District and participate in our Alternate Pathway to Professional Educator Licensing (APPEL) Program when hired.

Proof of an AEL is required before you will be added to the candidate pool. Followthis linkfor information on how to apply for an AEL.

Proof of enrollment in a teacher certification program at a local university will also be accepted in lieu of an AEL.
