Job Summary
Diehl Kia and Fordof Beaver is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead and grow our parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a respected and growing automotive group.
Position Overview:
The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the parts department managing inventory supporting service and sales teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both Ford and Kia of Beavers parts department
Manage and supervise all parts department operations
Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems
Control costs and maximize profitability
Work closely with service and sales departments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Train motivate and lead parts department staff
Maintain vendor relationships and manage returns/credits
Qualifications:
Previous automotive parts management experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of dealership inventory systems
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license
