Job Description

We are seeking motivated and technically curious recent community college graduates to join our team as Equipment Technicians. This is an entrylevel handson role designed to launch your career in advanced manufacturing. You will support the installation operation troubleshooting and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment while working alongside experienced technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and basic control system issues
• Assist with equipment startups qualifications and process improvements
• Read and interpret schematics manuals and standard operating procedures
• Accurately document work performed and equipment status in maintenance systems
• Follow all safety quality and cleanroom/manufacturing protocols
• Collaborate with engineering production and facilities teams
• Participate in structured onboarding technical training and mentorship

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate degree or recently completed certificate from a community or technical college in a relevant field such as:

• Mechatronics
• Electronics or Electrical Technology
• Engineering Technology
• Industrial Maintenance
• Automation / Robotics
• Manufacturing Technology
• Automotive/HVAC/Aviation Technology

Ability to work in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Willingness to work flexible schedules (including compressed work weeks nights or weekends if applicable)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Internship coop lab or capstone experience with industrial equipment
• Familiarity with PLCs robotics sensors vacuum systems or hydraulics
• Industryrecognized credentials (or coursework aligned to):
  • SACA MSSC CPT or similar
• Military technical training or equivalent handson experience
