QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years commercial cleaning experience within warehouse/food production environment
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required which may include some evenings and weekends.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily cleaning duties in the production/warehouse areas and outside common areas at both EarthFresh facilities.
- Clean food packing equipment using approved chemicals.
- Empty interior and exterior garbage and recycling bins as needed.
- Sweep production/warehouse area floors (including potatoes packaging material wood etc.)
- Dispose of all garbage/cardboard that has been placed in front of compactor area.
- Inspect outside of facilities twice daily and sweep/pick-up garbage and debris.
- Correct any deviations as identified by the Food Safety/Quality Technician during pre-operational inspection.
- Other duties as required by the Food Safety/QA Manager.
