Vandergriff Chevrolet is seeking an Experienced Automotive Biller with a proven track record to join our highvolume dealership team. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional who thrives in a fastpaced automotive environment and understands dealership accounting processes.

Position Summary

The Automotive Biller is responsible for accurate and timely processing of vehicle deals ensuring all documentation complies with dealership state and lender requirements. Candidates must demonstrate reliability precision and prior success in dealership billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and bill new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Review deals for completeness compliance and accuracy before posting
• Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure proper title processing
• Post vehicle sales costs and commissions into the accounting system
• Work closely with Sales Finance and Accounting departments
• Ensure adherence to state federal and dealership policies
• Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive dealership billing experience
• 2 years of experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in highvolume billing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of dealership accounting systems and DMV procedures
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
