Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess treat and monitor patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
Assist providers during patient evaluations sick calls and medical procedures
Assess monitor and document patient conditions responses and behaviors
Perform emergency interventions and coordinate appropriate care and referrals
Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed clinical staff
Maintain accurate secure and confidential medical records
Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-ups or discharge planning
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols
Provide patient education counseling and health promotion activities
Maintain a safe clinical environment including risk identification and mitigation
Prepare and manage clinical reports logs and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
Support accreditation processes (e.g. NCCHC ACA JCAHO) and quality initiatives
Respond effectively to medical emergencies incidents and legal situations
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience
