Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess treat and monitor patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
• Assist providers during patient evaluations sick calls and medical procedures
• Assess monitor and document patient conditions responses and behaviors
• Perform emergency interventions and coordinate appropriate care and referrals
• Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed clinical staff
• Maintain accurate secure and confidential medical records
• Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-ups or discharge planning
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols
• Provide patient education counseling and health promotion activities
• Maintain a safe clinical environment including risk identification and mitigation
• Prepare and manage clinical reports logs and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
• Support accreditation processes (e.g. NCCHC ACA JCAHO) and quality initiatives
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies incidents and legal situations

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
• Valid drivers license

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience
