Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a structured clinical environment. The RN will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess treat and monitor patients while ensuring adherence to clinical standards safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed providers
- Assist providers during patient evaluations sick calls and medical procedures
- Assess monitor and document patient conditions responses and behaviors
- Perform emergency interventions and coordinate appropriate care and referrals
- Supervise and support LPNs and non-licensed clinical staff
- Maintain accurate secure and confidential medical records
- Monitor inpatient hospitalizations and coordinate follow-ups or discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and medication administration protocols
- Provide patient education counseling and health promotion activities
- Maintain a safe clinical environment including risk identification and mitigation
- Prepare and manage clinical reports logs and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
- Support accreditation processes (e.g. NCCHC ACA JCAHO) and quality initiatives
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies incidents and legal situations
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Degree in Nursing)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience
