What Youll Do

• Meet with homeowners understand their needs and present roofing solutions that fit
• Work leads generated by our marketing team youre not starting from scratch
• Use modern CRM tools measurement technology and mobile apps to manage your pipeline
• Build long-term client relationships through great service and follow-through
• Hit your targets earn bonuses and grow your income

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record in sales (any industry)
• Strong communicator who handles objections with confidence
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and mobile tools
• Roofing experience is a plus but not required we care more about drive than your resume
