As a Client Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator you will play a critical role in managing customizing and supporting our CRM system. This role is responsible for aligning CRM functionality with business needs supporting end users maintaining data quality and improving processes across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Gather analyze and document CRM system requirements.
• Customize and configure CRM functionality to support business goals and data integrity.
• Monitor data quality system integrations migrations and API management.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Partner with owners managers and end users to optimize CRM usage.
• Modify CRM systems through configuration and programming as business needs evolve.
• Work with software vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• CompTIA A certification
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
