Job Summary
This role can be based anywhere in the USA. This is a Field Position and will cover all regions with Urologic Oncology / Womens Health in Team United
Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience
Purpose
The Sr. Regional Business Executive works on a National basis supporting all products in the Team United portfolio to develop and execute initiatives to increase sales and product market share.
National Sales Leadership
- Lead execution of the national sales strategy for Team Uniteds portfolio ensuring alignment with the Head of Sales Heads of Marketing and broader USS leadership.
- Identify performance trends growth opportunities and operational gaps across regions; drive targeted interventions to optimize results.
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to ensure consistent execution of brand strategy and field excellence across all geographies.
- Create support coach and ensure execution of initiatives that position Franchise and Products for Success
- Identify and share scalable best practices; inform and evolve strategic approaches
Field Performance & Operational Excellence
- Oversee national sales performance dashboards KPIs and reporting in collaboration with Analytics and Sales Operations.
- Develop national playbooks field execution frameworks and performance standards to support clarity and consistency in sales execution.
- Lead regular business reviews and performance deep-dives with regional and district leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between the field sales organization and key cross-functional partners (APEX MABI IC etc)
- Translate customer competitive and field insights into actionable recommendations for brand and commercial strategy teams.
Brand Execution
- Align brand positioning messaging priorities and promotional strategies with field execution planning.
- Ensure field teams are prepared with the capabilities resources and training needed to execute at the highest level.
Leadership Development & Culture
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors mentor District Managers and contribute to leadership succession planning.
- Champion AbbVies culture ensuring a high-performance patient-centered collaborative environment across the field organization.
- Support recruitment development and retention of top commercial talent across Team United and USS.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of sales management/leadership position
- Leadership and People Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams coaching and developing talent and driving high-performance sales culture
- Business Acumen: Expertise in analyzing market trends understanding business dynamics and developing strategies to promote key products in portfolio (Lupron URO Lupron GYN and Liletta)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to motivate and influence diverse teams
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and executing business plans
- Excellent organization/project management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and inspire teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas. Demonstrated ability to influence others and is viewed as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers
- Documented success in leadership and support role of increased responsibility at the region and organizational levels
- Advanced analytical skills to fulfill sales and marketing requirements
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint Power Bi Microsoft Word CRM Systems (Salesforce) Virtual Meeting Platforms (Microsoft Teams Zoom) is preferred
- Proficiency using AI preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our long-term incentive programs.
