Senior Project Manager Design & Construction

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You act as the Owners Representative throughout all phases of design and construction from concept through closeout.
• You manage multiple simultaneous projects including airport rental car facilities maintenance shops fueling systems car wash systems plumbing and electrical infrastructure ADA accessibility features and administrative offices.
• You oversee programming design development permitting procurement and construction to ensure alignment with company standards operational requirements and brand image.
• You ensure compliance with lease agreements airport design criteria local building codes ADA requirements safety regulations and sustainability goals.
• You lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords airport authorities and regulatory agencies.
• You have technical knowledge in fueling system design permitting construction automatic car was systems plumbing and electrical systems and codes ADA requirements and IT system cabling design and installation. 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience  You have 10 years of progressive experience in design and construction project management preferably in an owners rep or client-side capacity.
• Education  You have a Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field (Masters preferred).
• Technical Proficiency You have experience with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) Bluebeam AutoCAD Revit MS Project and Primavera
• Soft Skills You have a proven track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Commitment to Excellence You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives operations teams contractors and public agencies.
• Travel You have the ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.
