Youll report directly to the Executive Director and own everything from emergency fixes to big-picture upkeep.

What Youll Love About This Role

• Dive in daily with hands-on repairs maintenance HVAC plumbing electrical snow removal and safety upgrades
• Lead and develop your own housekeeping team
• Oversee vendors and make sure every job is done right and on time
• Use your carpentry painting and equipment skills to keep our community looking and feeling amazing
• Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing your work directly protects and delights our residents

What You Bring

• 2 years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC)
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license clean driving record and personal vehicle
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible hours
• Bonus: Certifications in HVAC electrical or plumbing
