North Florida Lincoln is seeking a skilled Collision Center Technician to join our team in Jacksonville FL. As a Collision Center Technician you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their original condition after collisions ensuring safety and quality for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform collision repair work including frame body and structural repair.
- Assess damages and determine necessary repairs to restore vehicles efficiently.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality safety and company standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete work on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Collision Center Technician or related role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and collision standards.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Valid drivers license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure customer needs are met with quality and efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service experience by providing fair estimates clear communication and building loyal clientele
- Responsible for restoring a vehicle back to its original and operational condition after a collision
- Make decisions on repairing or replacing pieces while taking into consideration safety cost and cycle time.
- Perform quality repairs in timely manner
- Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
- Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
- Work closely with insurance adjusters and appraisers
- Approve all adjustments on body and paint estimates
- Handle customer complaints and adjustment matters.
- Understand keep abreast of and comply with federal state and local regulations that affect departmental operations such as hazardous waste disposal OSHA right-to-know etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS
- Previous experience in a Collision Center / Body Shop is REQUIRED
- Previous experience and working knowledge of body repair and insurance processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be willing to submit to a background & drug screen prior to employment
