Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to support our service department by improving customer communication and overall experience.
This role is perfect for someone who is friendly organized and comfortable on the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Make outboundfollow-up calls to customers after service visits
- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with basic inquiries
- Ensure customers are satisfied and address any concerns promptly
- Help maintain strong communication between customers and the service team
- Assist with various administrative and customer service tasks as needed
