Job Summary
Assist with document control activities including review revision release and archival of procedures specifications and work instructions.
Ensure quality records are maintained in accordance with regulatory customer and company requirements.
Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to verify compliance with quality procedures and standards.
Track audit findings and support closure of corrective actions.
Maintain internal audit schedules and documentation.
Support readiness for customer regulatory and certification audits.
Assist in monitoring supplier quality performance and maintaining supplier scorecards.
Support supplier audits and supplier corrective action tracking.
Support the Material Review Board process for nonconforming material.
Support change control processes for product and manufacturing changes.
Work with manufacturing engineering and reliability teams to support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with tracking and reporting quality metrics.
Qualifications :
Understanding of quality management systems and quality assurance principles
Ability to interpret technical documentation specifications and procedures
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a global multicultural environment.
Written and verbal English is mandatory.
Flexible to undertake travel at short notice.
Self-motivated and business service minded.
Excellent interpersonal organizational and communications skills
6 years of experience in quality assurance quality systems or manufacturing quality within semiconductor electronics aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.
Preferred Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Preferred Internal or Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
Knowledge of IATF 16949 automotive quality management requirements
Familiarity with MIL-PRF-19500 military performance specification requirements for semiconductor devices
Familiarity with MIL-PRF-38535 requirements for microcircuit manufacturing
