Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a high-volume environment and are committed to delivering effective patient-focused rehabilitation care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients on exercises recovery plans and injury prevention
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Manage a consistent high-volume caseload

Work Environment & Expectations:

Outpatient orthopedic setting
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Average 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
Ability to float to nearby clinics as needed
Opportunity to work within a multi-clinic travel team
Overtime requires prior approval from leadership

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
