What Youll Do:
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided marketing referrals and your own networking efforts
- Conduct roof inspections and exterior evaluations (full training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing siding gutters and window solutions
- Prepare proposals and present options clearly and professionally
- Guide customers through the insurance claim or financing process if needed
- Own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract
- Proven experience in sales OR hands-on trade work (roofing siding construction etc.)
- A confident communicator who can build trust and credibility quickly
- Strong work ethic and self-discipline to manage your own schedule
- Driven to succeed you want uncapped earning potential
- Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections (we provide safety training)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Competitive Commission Structure with realistic six-figure earning potential - up to $200000/year.
